Symbol SPT1500 PDA

The SPT1500 is a personal digital assistant device produced by Symbol Technologies, Inc. It is a 100% compatible Palm device, utilizing PalmOS for the main interface as well as featuring barcode scanning functionality. The unit is enclosed in either gray or clear plastic, has a holder for a stylus in the rear part of the shell along with the battery compartment and serial interface connector, while the front has the Palm interface buttons and touchpad, as well as two buttons that toggle the laser diode for the scanner at the top. The screen's contrast is adjustable via a dial on the left side.
