Digitalker DT1000 Speech Synthesis Evaluation Board

The Digitalker DT1000 is a product evaluation board for the MM54104 speech synthesis chip produced by National Semiconductor. The board itself features the speech chip along with 2 sound bank ROMs and an amplification circuit, allowing for ease of setup - only power input and speaker output are required to operate the device. The board is controlled by a 12-character keypad on the front, with 0-9 keys and special A and B keys. It can also be controlled via serial connection via the 52-pin card edge on the bottom.
